Welcome! My name is Allison Thaler. I’m a licensed psychotherapist specializing in helping people get out of their own way so they can live happier, more fulfilling, and authentic lives. I work with people on a wide range of concerns, including generalized anxiety, OCD, social anxiety, overthinking, people pleasing, depression, relationship issues and work-related stress. I help people build confidence and cultivate both personal and professional growth so they can create the life they want. My approach to therapy is direct, solution-focused, and designed to create meaningful change. It’s for people who want to understand what’s driving their patterns and are ready to do something about it. You’ll find therapy with me to be a place where support, collaboration, and practical strategies come together, helping you feel stronger and more equipped to move forward. I bring years of clinical experience and training in evidence-based approaches to this work, helping clients turn insight into lasting change.
