I was very nervous and hesitant because this was my first time speaking with someone. Kori was extremely easy to talk to, friendly, and kind. I felt like she was really listening and truly cared what I had to say. She made me feel very comfortable and heard which was exactly what I needed. I am looking forward to speaking with her again!
