I had a good experience the first time I saw Dr. Bashir but in the subsequent visits I've become frustrated by my inability to schedule appointments or communicate with her (or staff, if they even exist, I've never seen anyone else in the office). No one answers the phone (ever), the patient portal sheb uses has no appointment availability at all and messages sent through the portal don't get responded to for days. ??
I find it frustrating especially when I'm in need of care and the person who is supposed to provide that care is unreachable.

I think this was the best primary care visit I've ever had. I appreciated that everything was explained to me, I was made to feel comfortable, and I felt listened to and heard. I will definitely continue seeing this doctor
