They made an appt. and kept changing it.. and act like they didnt know why. The the doctor wasn't listen or seem concern about what was going threw..pstd/.domestic volience/...just seem to blow it off. Told her had allergies behond but she refuse to listen.. she said she didn't prescribe benzo which I know is not true. Know someone who gets several from her. So many xanax 1.mg and 5 mg. Which never understood. But I guess u have to be one to abuse them and whatever. Which people like this person seems to do and get what they want. But its all good just showed me what type of doctor she isnt!!. She wasn't listen to my concerns she just was blowing them off. Had a mental breakdown a couple months ago..but my family doctor will take care of the matter..

The Nurse Practitioner was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. She didn't make me feel weird, ashamed, or anxious. As a healthcare professional myself, I haven't seen such grace in a very long time! I would recommend her to all those I care for.

Very professional, wonderful bedside manner, always listens, compassionate, kind, considerate, Intelligent offers sound advice & diagnosis is always accurate because I am feeling better just as she that I would be. I am a first year Senior Citizen with many health concerns. This is the first time in my life that I completely trust & feel comfortable that my Physician has my best interest & health at heart.

I have been struggling with mental health since I was 17, I am 36 and I feel like I finally found a provider who listens to me and understands! I got in quick and she took her time I didn’t feel rushed or pressured very happy with the help I have found!

First appointment was great
No issues
Started me two medications that I’ve took in the past that proved to work combined. She prescribe me the medication it barely helped I told her I had a panic attack in front of my Gastrologost fall because my legs couldn’t hold me and the people there laughed at me, & she was very upset. well the appointment I just had I had a panic attack because nobody is understanding how severe my anxiety is & what it’s like to not sleep, to have a family watch me fade to nothing and the only medication that works isn’t getting me thru the day but when I had a panic attack on the phone she did the exact same thing, she laughed at me, during a panic attack because the medication is so low, I’m 35 130 pounds I can’t gain weight the medication I’m on helps but then I can only take it once a day, so then I’m up all night and my own cat is depressed seeing me so anxious. I thought she was a good doctor at first and really heard me then I realized nope.

I’ve been to different doctors some you just could tell was SINCRE & cared. I’ll say this about this Pysch doctor, not only have I been in tears from pain, but I was in tears seeing how much she actually cared, she look me in the eye, she LISTENED to me & was MORE then understanding. Her saying “It’s gonna be ok” meant the world to me, then 4 little words that make such an impact. My appreciation is sky high to finally be heard. I had a panic attack in front of my gastroenterologist office and the nurses and PEOPLE in the building was LAUGHING, they was literally LAUGHING at me I could’ve been dying and that’s what she said, her frustration was real because what world do we live in where you have a panic attack and not only do the nurses laugh but the people do too. She understood & made me not feel like I was loosing my mind or tripping for nothing. No doctor/office should ever treat you that way. I feel better. And I’m grateful she reached out to me.

I've worked in the medical field for 20 years & I've been under Doctors care for most of my life. So, I am familiar with all aspects of what a Doctor should be and what we would hope to find in our PCP. She went above & beyond. She is very professional, compassionate, and understanding. She expressed concern,she explained my diagnosis, she went over everything detail by detail so that I felt comfortable with her decision. This young lady is a Top Notch. I highly recommend her & trust her expertise & intelligence even in the most dire situations.

She's very sweet, listened well, didn't jump into a quick diagnosis, and recommended just one extra, low dose, "as needed" medication that sounds like it may help me at times of high anxiety. Also recommended a new holistic therapist that I'm excited about now.
