Alza Great Lakes Psychotherapy

I have over 15 years of experience in the public sector, and have now extended my work to private practice. Much of my work has been with parents of school-aged children and youth themselves. While my career has focused greatly on children, I am very dedicated to supporting adults with anxiety and depression, and those who have a history of trauma. The most powerful tool in therapy is the quality of the therapeutic relationship. My ability to attune myself to the needs of those with whom I work is my strongest attribute. I am actively in training to integrate EMDR and somatic therapies into practice, and I am a great believer in their success.
