Amanda Sundeen Counseling

I operate from an eclectic perspective as each client has their own unique experiences. My primary modality is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but I also utilize Person-Centered, Mindfulness, and Strength Based models with clients regularly. I offer trauma-informed and somatic therapy and am EMDR trained. I have many years of experience with clients who have had contact with the criminal justice system, are active/retired military, first responders, and those with co-occurring disorders.
