Welcome! Everyone is different with different needs, and I believe in tailoring my modalities based on my client's specific goals. This is about you and what you need. I guide and support my clients during this process, by empowering and assisting them in building their strengths and developing new ones. I enjoy working with diverse populations. Specifically, I specialize in: the Latinx population; medical and mental health complexities; grief; trauma; family and relationship dynamics. I welcome all and provide an empathetic safe space for clients to begin and continue their healing journey; allowing my clients to be seen and heard. We will work together on your needs so you may live a fulfilled and satisfied life while achieving healthy well-being. The next step is beginning.
