Amasher Health Services is aimed at providing excellent mental and psychiatric care to patients ages 16 and above. The practice specializes in the treatment of a wide range of mental disorders including behavioral problems, and personality disorders, and with psychotherapy. Rachel is very smart. She asks a lot of questions and does a very detailed intake. Believe me, no stone was left unturned. In the moment, there were parts where I said to myself, “Why is she asking this?” but it was so thorough that I’m sure she’s saved lives with it. I also got the sense that she was asking because she cared, not because it’s a standard form. She went “off script” flexibly and appropriately to dig deeper where needed. I was desperate when coming to Rachel because other doctors had sat on their hands or not taken the situation seriously, and I walked away with a plan that supports my safety and wellbeing, and that I am happy with. Will certainly be referring friends with either no existing personal network of providers or to those who can’t reach their other providers in a pinch.
