They are new and didn’t have the tools to treat me- no one called to tell me this so I drove 30mins for nothing despite very clearly stating on my zocdoc form what I wanted. Such a waste.

Wasn't scheduled for another week, but I guess there was an opening. My visit was on schedule to my new time. Their office is clean, the rooms I saw are tidy and decorated to be cozy. This establishment is more than approachable, but I didn't know it was a doctor's office until Zocdoc told me. Figured it was a pharmacy.
The staff are professional, patient, and it was pretty straight forward whenever directions were given.

I went in for a cortisol shot. Instead of letting me know ahead of time that they do NOT currently provide cortisol shots at their office, they had me come in anyway. This was a complete waste of time. The doctor and staff knew they were not able to provide the service needed, and yet they completed the appointment anyway. Completely unacceptable.

Dr. Hammill was absolutely wonderful and super easy to talk to. I was really nervous going in but she made me feel very comfortable and she answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help walk me through all of my concerns and providing solutions! I highly recommend this office as all the staff was super friendly as well!

I have been to a lot of doctors who didnt take my concerns or symptoms seriously. After giving up for a few years, everything got worse and decided to seek out another doctor. Thats when i saw Dr. Graves. She NEVER interrupted me, she ACTIVELY listened and asked me questions about what i was talking about and she didn't dismiss anything i said by telling me i was just depressed! She genuinely cares about her patients and it shows. It really is a breath of fresh air.
