I love being a therapist and feel honored to be a part of my clients’ wellness journey! I’m in awe of the innate wisdom we all posses towards healing and I enjoy facilitating opportunities for clients to experience their wellness. I obtained my Masters degree in counseling psychology, specializing in somatic psychology from JFK University in 2009 and am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I am a member of the LGBTQ community and have passionately supported LGBTQ people for over a decade. I bring a holistic approach to my work where all parts of your experience will be met with curiosity, compassion and non-judgment. I utilize somatic and attachment based modalities which have mindfulness at their core, such as IFS and ACT. I’m passionate about teaching nervous system based stress reduction that promote regulation and a deeper connection to mind and body. My hope is that our work together can inspire your most authentic self to shine through and you can move from an experience of surviving to thriving!
