Sometimes life can feel overwhelming and as though it’s interfering with accomplishing our goals. While we can’t always eliminate a stressful situation or the uncomfortable thoughts and feelings we sometimes experience as we go through life, we can work together in a solution-focused approach to help you navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with what matters most to you. I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience supporting adults through anxiety, depression, grief & loss, and major life transitions. Whether you’re facing a recent change, feeling stuck, or looking to strengthen coping skills and relationships, I’m here to help. I’m experienced with ACT, CBT, DBT, and other evidence- based interventions, which I hope can be helpful on your journey. I look forward to working with you. Please note that I use a platform called Headway to manage my practice. After booking you will be sent directions to set up a Headway account to confirm your appointment.
