I went to my doctors appointment, I was immediately ushered into the exam room . I had not filled out any paperwork. The only thing they knew about me was my name. I thought it very strange. I explained why I was here. I asked them if they were sleep study specialist. They said no I told them that’s why I was there and that’s why I made the appointment with them. They took my vitals. I did not understand why I have been scheduled. I spoke with the nurse and said that I was going to contact Medicare and ask to not be charged for this appointment. I was very disappointed and I’m going to contact Medicare..

Antibiotic and pharmacy were confirmed during televisit but it was not at pharmacy and Provider was not available to support thus I had to make another telehealth appointment the next day with another provider. In the meantime my pain and discomfort were at max. Unacceptable

Extremely Disappointing Experience: Long Wait, Short Visit, Overcharged
I had a frustrating experience at this facility. As a first-time patient, I was checked in and made to wait over an hour before the nurse came in. There were no medical records to review, and my vitals had already been taken, so I don’t understand why it took so long for the nurse to see me. Given that there were only two rooms in this facility, this wait seemed unnecessary. When she finally did, the actual visit lasted only 15-20 minutes. To make matters worse, I was billed for a 60+ minute visit, which doesn’t reflect the time I actually spent with her. The lack of communication, excessive wait, and misleading billing practices have left me frustrated. I will not be returning and would not recommend this provider to anyone.

Her staff was so sweet kind and helpful.
She went above and beyond to make sure I am a medicine even called the pharmacy on my behalf. I found my new primary Care home
