I've never been more horrified to be in a dental office. The receptionist was the only positive experience. The dentist was very late. She barely greeted me as a new patient. Didn't apologize and in fact had told her receptionist to take a long time doing my X-rays because she was going to be late. Then when the dentist arrived she looks at my X-rays and said I had a cavity. Ok,is what it is. Then I really became nervous when she started the actual exam. Her hands were shaking so badly and they didn't stop. I'm not making light of any conditions she may have,but a dentist should have steady hands. Then told I not only need braces ( 50 yrs) but I now have 8 cavities. I haven't had 8 cavities in my entire combined life. I can't keep going. Needless to say I'm never going back. My fight or flight kicked in and I flew!

Said my appointment was booked and ready on here but the office said that they had computer issues so I was unable to secure that appointment. Was frustrating since I was in a massive pain and they were not work with me at all even though it showed on here that my appointment confirmation but they move me to the next day. The doctor that makes sense broken English or too much coffee kept on telling me my moller was my wisdom tooth?, telling me that both of my wisdom teeth, the very last tooth in the back of my mouth and also my wisdom tooth that was coming through they referred to them both as wisdom teeth. Wrote me referral to a surgeon and a antibiotic prescription so I will be out of pain in 6 hours. It’s now 48 hours later and I’m still in massive pain??, trying to contact them. But the whole appointment was very confusing, at the end I told the person who drove me and didn’t make sense to her so she had to ask the doctor what was going on?

I was disappointed this time. I asked to have a treatment plan worked up, however I felt that I was only being viewed for what I had originally come in for. There were no other patients in the office and I felt as though I was hurriedly referred out to a specialist for this one thing when I have other issues as well.

Such a kind lady, and reminded me of family. The office is small and sweet/cozy. I absolutely recommend this place. The front desk even said if I have trouble remembering insurance stuff of mine later just have my oral surgeon call and she will help me take care of it!

She was personable but the office seemed kind of dirty and it was unprofessional. they had the radio blaring through the entire building the whole time I was there. They were O.K. I suppose but personally I'm going to find another dentist

Staff didn't introduce themselves, even the dentist. They took an x-ray, looked into my mouth, made a recommendation then said "you can go up front now". I had to ask the receptionist if the procedure could be taken care of at their office and she said no. I left with a referral to another dentist and not even a check of my other teeth to see if there were any other issues.

Very dirty, didn't put plastic on the tools so they touched all of their equipment with dirty gloves and then went to work on me! Also they aren't gentle, my mouth is still hurting 7 hours later!

I read the office review bef I came and I is the opposite very clean office staff very nice had a bad experience bef nice staff excellent Dr. Moorhead assintant was great I felt like a home thanks ADC you guys are the best

Didn't really give me much of a chance to talk about questions or concerns. She was nice and all, so was the staff, but it was kind of an odd experience. If I had to do it all over again, I would have picked another dentist.

I loved that the cleaning was a deep cleaning, I've never had one before but it really helps to know the truth about my gums and to feel like I'm getting the treatment I need. I love that they're open on Saturdays too, definitely a huge plus.
