Staff and doctors were friendly but the doctors were very rough when inspecting my veins and thoughI expressed that I bruise easily and it was painful the way they were pushing on my veins they kept doing it really hard and over and over in the same spot. The next day I was covered in bruises all over my legs which are still there to this day and that was a week ago. Very painful and not pleasant experience.. and now the veins are much worse then prior to the appointment wish I hadn’t come in

Horrible experience. I went in for a varicose vein consultation that was supposed to take 45 minutes and ended up there for three hours. The first person doing the ultrasound couldn’t locate the veins, so a doctor had to repeat it. I was asked the same questions over and over, saw a nurse twice, and still left without a clear plan. They promised to call me to schedule treatment but never did. I had to follow up twice. Then my insurer sent me a letter saying the office’s submission was incomplete. The office claimed I had to come back because insurance required it, but the letter said no such thing. When I offered to provide the missing information by phone, they refused. Disorganized from start to finish. I would not recommend this practice.
