Empathetic and excellent in diagnosis—I highly recommend Dr. Mani. I previously spent nine months with another ophthalmologist who only conducted tests and asked me to return every three months, despite my serious diabetic eye condition. Using similar tests, Dr. Mani quickly understood and explained the severity of my condition—that I could lose sight within three years—and immediately initiated treatment, all without any input about my history from me. An outstanding doctor!

The wait time is too long. I got there 15 minutes before my appointment, and they still took an hour to get me in to see the nurses. It took another hour to see the doctor. I would also like the receptionist to let me know, e.g., what to expect and the tests that need to be done

Overall, I thought the experience was good. Although there was a wait time, I would not surprised. It was a very busy office. It seemed well organized. There were just a lot of people. The doctor himself was very confident. He seemed interested, was friendly, and very professional. He was thorough and explaining what was going on. And answered my questions thoroughly. The rest of the staff was very efficient and organized. Very patient oriented.

My overall experience was very good . I found my doctor on Zocdoc, and it provided all the information I needed. Once I showed the staff was friendly, the environment was clean. One thing that I did notice is that the waiting room does get filled up very fast at times. The wait time was a little bit more than expected. But once I got in to see doctorAfsaneh Amini, the experience was phenomenal, I was in and out very fast , she answered all my questions. I would recommend her any day to people who are looking for an optometrist.

I was called to come in earlier than my appointment time so I left work and waited an hour and a half. I can’t wait there all day when I work and took time of work for this visit. If I had treated my clients as I was treated I would be fired. Absolutely unacceptable. If you can’t handle your client load than someone is doing something wrong. You should feel very embarrassed. Of course I come from the Palm Springs area so I’m use to quality care.
