I will never go back to this office. They have an actual permanent sign stating that your appointment will take no less the 1.5 to 2 hours. I thought this meant there would be several tests. After waiting for an hour, and asked if this sign meant “wait time” and they said yes. No apologies or explanation. I left without being seen. AND the doctor is made the appointment with wasn’t even a doctor at this office. No thanks.

This appointment was interesting. I was seen by an exceptionally professional and friendly Board Certified Optometrist who was assisted by a skilled and competent staff of technicians and front officice. However, the Optomologist which I booked the appointment to see, saw me via Zoom for 3 minutes while the Optometrist brifed him on my exam and visit. I found the Zoom interaction between the three of us polite and comfortable, but I could not shake the feeling of " what a smoothe billing hustle",
