The doctor's office called a day ahead and the day to remind me. The receptionist was both polite and professional. The wait time was brief and the doctor was interested in my concerns as well as how I'd like to move forward. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

The office was great the people were very good and knowledgeable of their position and job they were doing The personalities were great everybody was smiling and made you feel real comfortable very awesome place and proud to say that's my doctor.

The best doctor office experience I have ever had. The wait was long (first time patient) but that didn't matter compared to how nice and caring they were. Tamara took my blood work for me and I am scared of needles she made me feel so calm and safe I didn't even feel it and kept me laughing. Markisha made me feel seen , heard and taken care of she is very kind. Look forward to bettering my health with their help.

Incorrect Advertising for insurance acceptance… I have medicaid and it says she accepts medicaid but when i get there i was not allowed to be seen because “it’s a different kind of medicaid” which was not included or stated under the booking or what’s all accepted.. I drove 40 minutes to get turned around because the proper information was not provided on what’s really accepted under her booking.

Everyone was nice and treated me really well. The building was clean and well lit. The waiting time was not long as I got there early to fill out the remaining questions. Dr. Chambless went over my chart with me and asked if I had any questions at the end. It was a very good appointment!
