Most relevant

The provider was polite, but I left unsure whether my concerns were fully understood. The provider referred to a book and a phone several times, and I would have appreciated clearer explanations and more reassurance. I also would have felt more comfortable if gloves had been used during the examination. I hope this feedback is helpful.
