Office staff is clueless to insurance verification. They stated I had a deductible which was not the case and would not accept me pulling up my insurance benefits on my phone. After waiting 45 minutes I was told I needed to pay cash for the visit to be seen. I would NEVER go back to this provider. My recommendation would be to hire staff that know what they are doing and how to treat a potential new patient.

I waited over half an hour to even be brought back despite having the first appointment. Booked this for an MD, got seen by an optometrist that offered no solutions. Admitted my visions changes weren’t normal, but said the eye looked healthy but blamed it on the glasses despite not even knowing WHY the glasses could be the issue. Never again.
