Aly is a licensed mental health counselor based in NYC. Aly graduated from Fordham University with a Master's in Mental Health Counseling. She has worked in a school-based mental health clinic and a community clinic. She is passionate about helping teens and emerging adults navigate the often confusing and challenging transitions of growing up. Aly's approach is collaborative and compassionate, grounded in evidence-based practices that empower early adults to build resilience, find clarity, and feel more at home in their own lives. She uses an integrative approach that is based on psychodynamic, relational, and cognitive behavioral techniques. Treatment plans are designed for each client based on their individual needs and goals. She has experience supporting clients through a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, anger, trauma, substance use, relationship issues, and the transition from high school to college.
