Hello! I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping individuals navigate and overcome depression. My approach combines evidence-based treatment with a compassionate, personalized touch focusing on both emotional healing and long-term wellness. Whether you’re struggling with persistent sadness, loss of interest, or difficulty managing life’s stressors, I’m here to support you with care and expertise every step of the way.
During our first session, my goal is to create a calm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can share your story comfortably. We’ll spend time getting to know each other and discussing your current symptoms, medical and mental health history, lifestyle, and goals for treatment.
Together, we’ll identify the main concerns you’d like to address and begin developing a personalized care plan that fits your unique needs. I’ll explain the treatment options available—whether that includes therapy, lifestyle changes, or medication management—so you feel informed and involved in every step of your care. By the end of our first session, my aim is for you to feel heard, understood, and hopeful about the path ahead.

I’ve had my IV drips, blood work, and annual visits with her and each experience has been seamless. She is knowledgeable, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand.
