That stuck feeling. We have all had it at one time or another. But, this is different. It feels like you are weighed down by both the demands of life and painful experiences from your past. You have tried, but still can’t quite get the relief that you so badly want. You are motivated and willing to try just about anything at this point. Together, we can work to release the pain and give you hope for your future. I believe that everyone has the capacity to change, and this change process is unique to each person based on one’s self-awareness and motivation. I recognize the courage that it takes for you to reach out for help and find a therapist. I want to ensure each person who comes to see me feels they are treated as individuals and are able to find hope and alleviate their suffering. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of Florida. I have over 25 years of experience in behavioral health with the last 20 years working as a therapist. There is a very good chance that if you are experiencing a problem, that I have helped someone or many people address that very same issue.
