I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and hold a Master of Arts in Spiritual and Counseling Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. My clinical training includes community mental health settings, psychiatric/addiction residential treatment and school based settings as well as my private practice. ? I believe we all have the inner resources and innate ability to access our strengths, intuition and knowledge in order to create the changes and growth we want in our lives in spite of life’s present challenges or past trauma. ? I am committed to supporting my patients in releasing the self defeating thoughts, beliefs, emotions and addictive behaviors that keep them from experiencing emotional and spiritual wellness. My approach combines practical strategies with mindfulness and acceptance based interventions.
