She and her team were gentle, efficient, and explained everything clearly. I came in for a replacement filling, and the process was fast and surprisingly comfortable. The staff was welcoming, and everything felt well-organized. I also appreciate how they made sure I understood the procedure and checked in with me during the treatment. Thank you for making my first dental visit in the U.S. such a smooth experience!

Showed up at my appointed appointment time and office was closed, doors locked and the person inside tried to talk to me through the glass door saying that they don’t honour appointments made through zocdoc. Wasted Uber trip, still in pain, and was left stranded outside in the dark

I would have to be out of my mind to come back here staff is very unprofessional the only person was professional was the dentist and his dental hygienist I believe a first impression is a lasting impression I had a 9:00am appointment and didn’t walk out of there until 11:37am and hour of that was trying to upsale means what dentist of makes you pay for services that haven’t even begun yet then to have a new person do my paperwork that had know idea what she was doing

I went here for pain in my wisdom teeth. I came at 9:45 and wasn’t seen til 12:30 but I had to leave so we decided I’d just come back later after she told me she could pull the teeth. I came back later at 6 didn’t get seen until 9/10 the dentist that was there literally came to my room for no more than a minute and told me he couldn’t do anything they rescheduled me two days out with a different dentist. Which was super frustrating because I was in excruciating pain! Fast forward I came back 2 days later at 9:00 pm for my appointment and didn’t get seen until 11:40 ish and that’s when I FINALLY got my teeth pulled. It was very quick and I’d been numbed up for like a whole hour before they actually pulled the teeth so I was pretty comfy. I’d suggest that you clear your whole day when you come here cause you WILL be here for hours, but when they get to work all is pretty well.

The waiting time was a little bit long, but the doctor was very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job extracting the tooth that I needed extracted. She was very gentle when giving novocaine, and very gentle when doing the procedure.
