I have attempted Therapy for years and have been unsuccessful in finding a Therapist that I could have connected with, until I found Anastasia! She is extremely compassionate, understanding, non-judgmental, shows great empathy, is a great listener. She has helped me cope with PTSD and Major Depression Disorder, giving me the tools needed to live daily. I highly recommend Anastasia as a Therapist to anyone.
