Office staff are pleasant and friendly. Dr. Sershon is nice, listens and gives good feedback. He recommended a conservative treatment with medication to help with arthritic pain, and follow up if needed.

Dr. Hubbard was incredibly kind, warm, and friendly. I’ve found that some doctors can come across as a bit cold or overly stern, but that was not the case with him at all. He was professional and clearly very knowledgeable, while still being personable and easy to talk to. The staff was wonderful as well, and the office was lovely. I only waited about 5–10 minutes before being called back. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Dr. Hubbard.

Dr Hubbard was excellent, he showed compassion and interest in my situation. He deserved a 5 rating and a highly recommend, however communication with the office and staff was impossible. The Dr indicated he was prescribing 2 medications but the pharmacy only received 1 prescription. I’ve attempted to contact the Dr’s office ( multiple times over the last three days) to find out what happened to the other med he said he was prescribing and I’ve only received continuous ringing with no answer (during office hours) or transferred into the system to dial the Drs number and when I do I’m told all staff is assisting other patients, hold on to be answered by the next available staff member. No one picks up after repeated ringing it goes to VM I left a message Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday but no one calls me back,
The lack of communications is totally unacceptable and for that reason I would not recommend Anderson Orthopedic to anyone.

My appointment was fast, efficient and very pleasant. The staff were polite and professional. Everyone’s directions were clear and concise. They asked questions pertaining to my visit and listened for my complete response before continuing. Dr Hubbard was excellent. I would wish this experience for all dealing with any kind of health issue.

I should’ve listened to the other review that mentioned the lack of interest from the provider. The conversation with the provider lasted two minutes (maybe) and there was little to no information given to me when I wanted to learn possible problems and anatomy. There was no interest in investigation or explanation. Might as well have talked to a wall.

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Oliver Schipper and the entire staff!! Everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly, attentive, and accommodating from the moment I walked in. I was having a very off day. I thought I was running late for my appointment, only to realize I was actually an hour early… and then discovered I had actually come an entire week early!! I was completely embarrassed lol but to my surprise, the staff went above and beyond and worked me into the schedule rather than turning me away. That level of flexibility and customer service was completely unexpected and meant so much to me. Dr. Schipper was also very professional, kind, and took the time to explain things in detail. It’s rare to find a medical office where both the physician and the staff make you feel so genuinely cared for.
