I had high blood pressure and ongoing dizziness, so I made an in-person appointment a week in advance. I was instructed not to eat for six hours prior and followed all instructions. When I arrived on time, I informed them I had a mild runny nose. Because of that, I was refused in-person care and told to get COVID and flu tests elsewhere. After all this, I was only offered a video call. How is a doctor supposed to properly evaluate high blood pressure and dizziness over a video visit? I felt completely disregarded after planning ahead and following their instructions. I will be seeking care elsewhere.

Perhaps, he was having a rough day/week but this was probably the most subpar physical ever. Flat affect, minimally engaging, and barely asked the questions normally asked during a physical.
Luckily, I've changed employers and will be seeing another doctor.
The office staff was very friendly and the appointment was on time.

Dr. Terentiev is sincere and always clear with his explanations. It’s easy to see he cares about his patients. I’ve only been seeing him for 6 months. But I couldn’t be happier to be under his care. I wish I would have seen him for the last 20 years.
