I’m a Columbia-trained psychiatrist providing thoughtful, personalized care for adults experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I offer both psychotherapy and medication management, guided by each person’s goals and strengths. I completed my MD and PhD at UPenn and psychiatry residency at Columbia, where I research new treatments for depression. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and informed by the latest science—helping patients feel understood, supported, and empowered in their care.
