Discernment therapy helped us on our journey of conscious uncoupling and child focused co-parenting. Trisha’s thoughtful guidance, candid feedback, and big picture approach laid the groundwork for our family’s transition to a healthy new normal. Her continued support provided a productive space for processing the range of emotions that invariably come with even the most amicable of separations and child focused co-parenting plans.

I was and continue to be elated with Trisha Andrews professionalism and insightful counseling. Trisha has been able to guide me with her knowledge and empathy so that I could better understand myself, the people around me and the relationships I have. We all know that time is precious and I believe that my time spent with Trisha in sessions have been invaluable. I would highly recommend Trisha to anyone who is seeking clarity, compassion and respect.

Having met with a number of therapists, I was happy to learn that Trisha provided a great fit for my needs. I was concerned that I would not be able to find someone to help me work through what I considered to be a set of incredibly complex, multi-layered issues. Trisha proved to be an excellent active listener, adaptive communicator, and--what impressed me the most--she is able to bring confidence as well as humility when it comes to serving her clients. She showed this when she requested to take a short period of time to reflect and adjust her approach to better suit my needs. I honestly had never experienced that with a therapist before and have since been very grateful for her effort. Because of her decision, I've noticed growth in reputably challenging areas of my life as a result of our continued work together. Her relational input and guidance has left me feeling more confident in myself as an individual, which was a refreshing change. She also places an emphasis on developing a greater sense of "self" (without saying so outright) which after 8+ years of therapy, I have found can be a tricky balance to strike in sessions. You might expect therapists to be mindful and empathetic, but not all are. Trisha thankfully fulfills those roles while also offering challenges when appropriate. I can say with certainty, I am genuinely grateful to have found Trisha, as she quickly became a very necessary addition in my therapeutic journey to a better well-being.
