I started speaking with Catalina during a confusing and overwhelming time in my life. I don’t even know where to start and express how amazing Catalina is! I have been seeing her for over a year and the remarkable change that I have made within myself, still shocks me to this day. I was extremely depressed and suffering from bad anxiety and panic attacks and needed help right away. She has given me tools that I use everyday and teaches me how to handle certain things and strength to let go of things and not be scared.. She’s very peaceful and calm and her office is so calming and smells great! I recommend Catalina 100%, she is amazing!!

Found her manner to be a little cold and offputting. Plus the psychiatrist recommendation she gave me ended up being a complete disaster. Did not return after first appointment. She seems like a great therapist though and I’m sure if your energy meshes with hers she’d be very helpful. Ours just didn’t.

Highly recommend her. I've been to just a few sessions and have already started feeling much better about my outlook and within days seen positive changes with how I express myself and the advice she has given me in how to do so. It is hard to find a good therapist in NY who doesn't make you feel like just another patient. I feel totally comfortable with her and feel like she understands my POV without judgement.

It’s impossibke to find a good psychologist nowadays. My brother was going through an episode of manic bipolar disorder and had gone through multiple therapists but continued to be non compliant. Then we found Catalina. She was absolutely amazing with him. Her treatment was pivotal in his recoupration and long term management. She really helped guide me through the process of his recovery and was pivotal throughout his hospitalizations and managing his medications. I’m blessed to have found her and recently started going myself. I would highly encourage seeing her!
