I really felt as though Dr. Bolds really listened to what I had to say. I had come from a not so great experience with my last psychiatrist, so I was relieved to know that she was there for my needs. I look forward to more sessions with her in the future.

I enjoyed meeting the doctor but I felt completely abandoned by the doctor and her staff with respect to prior authorization. Her staff is incompetent and failed properly communicate my request to the doctor. The doctor herself was hard to reach and unhelpful.
