Led by Nurse Practitioner Eliza Rivera-Mitu, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C, BC-ADM, our team provides comprehensive psychiatric, primary care, and chronic disease management services. We specialize in treating adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, trauma, and other complex health needs. Whether through medication management, supportive therapy, or collaborative care, our goal is to help every patient achieve balance, clarity, and long-term wellness.
Our philosophy is rooted in holistic, evidence-based, and inclusive care. We affirm neurodiversity, respect cultural identity, and honor each individual’s lived experience. Eliza was so caring, warm, understanding, and thoughtful in her approach. It can be intimidating to go to a new provider, but Eliza made everything feel safe and welcoming from the get-go. Her office also contacted me multiple times to ensure that my insurance was accepted and that the right appointment time could be met. Highly, highly, highly recommended.
