Did not have Dr Mobasser but instead had a nurse practitioner who was very sweet and calmed me of any worry I had. Results come in fast and are available online!

She diagnosed me right away and prescribed me medication - this ended up not being covered by my insurance but her staff went out of their way to get a prior authorization through within a day! Thank you so much to your whole team, I couldn't recommend enough! They truly care for their patients.

I believe when I saw Dr. Mobasser, her staff was a bit rude. Then to get my results for my procedure was arduous. The overall experience was not positive, and thus unfortunately I will not be back.

I have visited this office several times now. I don't always see Dr.Mobasser herself, but everyone there is fantastic. I visited the office for acne issues and received a quick solution that was effective beyond my expectation. My skin is better than ever!
In addition, one of the receptionists recommended curology, which has also been a life saver.
The office is simple, no frills, but very kind, professional, attentive, and friendly. Everything you could hope for.

Dr. Mobasser has excellent bedside manner, makes you feel comfortable effortlessly. She is very thorough in her care where she picks up where you left off - even if you haven't had an appointment in over a year. Never rushes your questions and makes sure all bases are covered for your office visit.

The doctor is fine. However, the office staff leaves something to be desired. They say they will call you back. They do not, unless it is to confirm an appointment. I was on hold for so long (over 13 minutes the first time) while the staff picked up the phone line and then placed me back on hold without saying anything. I called from my cellphone while still on hold with my house phone and told one of the staffers what was going on. I was informed by that staff member the office would call back the next day. I just needed them to confirm with my insurance company that acne medication was not for anti-aging, so that my insurance would approve it. Never happened. I gave up and decided to go with another dermatologist. The MDs are fine. The staff is unprofessional and lie about calling you back or calling the insurance company. NO medical office has time to play on the phone, except for this office. I called the pharmacy and the insurance company for days after to see if it had been approved and finally just dropped the rx pursuit. Will never go back. Once again. This has nothing to do with the doctors. It is all about the inefficient and unprofessional staff.

The staff was super unprofessional. I got my results 2 months after they said they would send them and they made it seem like they hadn't even sent it to the lab when she described the diagnosis.
