The intake paperwork was incomplete. I was asked to sign for documents they did not provide.
I was not greeted or introduced to the dentist before treatment recommendations were provided. Staff had not followed on my request to obtain prior records and asked me to sign a document indicating I was refusing part of my treatment because they did not obtain my most recent xray and wanted me to do another one before I could speak with the dentist.
I never saw the dentist. Ultimately, I left as it became clear that they were not motivated to address problems and had few, if any, customer service skills.

Dental assistant and front office lady were super sweet and welcoming and the dental assistant did a fabulous job on my cleaning and keeping me knowledgeable on dental care.
Dr herself was super rushed, barely gave advisement on questions I had. I don’t think she was even with me for more than 4 minutes…

Dr Tsai was really great! Super great bedside manners and made sure to tell me what was happening at each step of the process. The cleaning was done so gently and with such care for any extra saliva coming out of my mouth haha. Dr Tsai also showed me pictures of the problem areas on my teeth just to make sure I was aware, which I really appreciate because not all doctors go to those lengths to inform their patients and sometimes going to the dentist feels like a money grab.

At my appointment, everyone was nice & friendly. Dr. Tsai did my cleaning, & it was 100% pain free & quick,
After the exam and X-Rays, she said I had NINE cavities. After not having a cavity since the one I had as a child, (I’m now mid-40s.) I told her I’d be getting a second opinion.
As we chatted further, she must’ve felt comfortable talking more about the cavity situation. This is when she said things like, “If you get a second opinion, just know I’m telling you what I see.” It felt very, “I was caught in a lie & I’m going to backtrack in a way that doesn’t make me look shady.” This made me lose respect & trust all at once.
Recently, I had my second opinion appointment w/ a dentist in West HWD. He was erudite & kind, as he explained in full detail how they determine cavities & other issues. That said, it turns out not only are my teeth were fine, but i have zero cavities.
Not saying don’t go here. But if the dental work suggested seems excessive, get a second opinion.

Honestly such a relief, I hadn’t been to the dentist in 10 years everyone at the office was great and had amazing bedside manner and made sure I was comfortable, was able to get a deep cleaning day of my appointment and schedule my filling appointment for later in the week which is great!

Dr Tsai was a very clear communicator and kept me updated during my cleaning and exam. All the staff were super nice and friendly. The office is smaller and they don't have any extra perks like pillows, massage chairs, toothbrush/floss after visit like I've had at other dentist offices. Although, I was able to get an appointment last minute and schedule for a follow up for fillings the next day which I appreciate. All in all, I would highly recommend Dr Tsai for any dental needs!

I've had multiple problems with dentists in the past. Here at Angles, it has been nothing but pleasant. It's a pleasure knowing your dentist genuinely cares for you.

There was a lot to handle in my mouth, but they clearly communicated to me what had to be done based on my x-rays & got to work! My visit at Angel's Care Dental was absolutely amazing! After my first visit here, I had to switch my family over here too. My son had a few cavaties that we needed taken care of and the team helped us out as best as anyone could. Never have I been this excited to come back for a check up.
