** I am an Out of Network Provider** This means that I am not contracted with any dental insurance. We will be happy to submit claims on your behalf including all the necessary paper work and xrays. You will need to pay for your visit and wait for your insurance to reimburse you. Do we accept dental insurance? Short answer is YES! However, we are not a “Plan Provider” or an office on any insurance plan. This means that we will be happy to maximize any and all insurance benefits you may have. We will send all documentation, xrays, and claims to your insurance. We can also pre-authorize treatment on your behalf. As we do not know what the insurance reimbursement will be, we need to collect payment at the time of service. For example: Let's say you have Delta Dental Insurance. You come in for a new patient exam, xrays and a cleaning which costs $400 in our office. Your insurance says that all preventive services are covered at 100%. You would pay us the $400 at the time of service. The insurance company will send you a check for what they cover for the same procedures. I do not have any insurance. How can I make dental care more affordable? You have several options. We offer an “In Office Savings Plan” and we accept Care Credit. What is an "in-office dental savings plan"? It is a plan to make dental care more affordable, especially for those individual who do not have dental insurance It is a plan that is managed in the office. This eliminates the headaches and road blocks of traditional 3rd party insurance company plans. That's it! No waiting period. No limits on treatment that is "covered". No maximum treatment limitations. How does it work? You pay an upfront annual fee to enroll into the plan which includes: 1. Two complimentary regular teeth cleanings. 2. Dental examination which includes any needed xrays at that visit. 3. Emergency exams for $35 a visit (max 2/yr) For any dental treatment you have done by Dr. Purohit, you automatically get 25% off the fee For any products purchased in the office, you get a 25% discount. How much does it cost? The enrollment fee for the 12 months is $399 due at signing. Who is eligible? Individuals or families who would like dental coverage People who want to make dental care more affordable I already have insurance through work, can I still use Advanced? It depends on which plan you have. Ask us for details. Are there any deductibles? No. Are there yearly limits on benefits paid? Nope. Are there limitations on the treatments covered? None. You can have any dental work by Dr. Purohit...with a discount. Simple. No waiting for pre-authorizations, no rejection of treatment as an uncovered benefit, no "diagnosing" done by the insurance company, no cosmetic exclusions--Whitening, Night guards, Veneers, Implants, LANAP, crowns, tooth colored fillings--they are all covered! Can I discontinue? You may discontinue the Advanced plan by not renewing your membership. However, as this is a pre-paid plan, we can not refund any enrollment fees. How do I sign up? Fill out the paperwork in our office Pay your yearly enrollment fee Start saving immediately! Do we offer payment plans?Our office does not. However, we do accept Care Credit and would be happy to help you get signed up for it.Anything else I should know? Once enrolled in advance, you are not eligible for any additional discounts ex: pre-payment for treatment, cash/check discount. Missed appointment fees still apply.

My wife and I have been with Anita for any years, she does excellent work on our teeth, she is super gentle and skilled when giving shots and doing the needed work, she is an expert at what she does at a very high skill level.

I am a long time patient of Dr. Purohit, because she is super smart, talented, and treats each one of my teeth, and their owner, with honor and respect. She has found the ideal way to thread the needle of telling me how to be my best dental self (for instance not biting my nails) without a whiff of condescension about the fact she's talking to a health care professional in her upper 40s who bites her nails. Her dental hygienists are always very thorough and responsive to my feedback and I always leave feeling like my mouth has had a thorough tune up. Dr. Purohit is also the only dentist I've ever had who inspects my tongue and the tops of my ears, reasoning, no one else probably looks up here! I even stayed with her when my dental insurance plan became out of network with her office. When an expensive cracked tooth occurred, she offered numerous ways to manage the payments, and the procedure didn't hurt a bit. In fact, when, with a numbed-up jaw, I accidentally chomped down on her finger, she didn't even seem to hold it against me. . Dr. Purohit is the real deal. Super grateful for her!
