I was told that my insurance was accepted when I called for an appointment and they set the appointment and my appointment was for today at 2 o'clock and quarter after 2I didn't hear anything so I called and left a message that I was waiting for our appointment and then she Called me back and said she's very sorry.But my insurance is not accepted. Had I not called, I would have been sitting there waiting for an appointment that would have never happened.That was very rude.
