Be prepared to wait, but she is worth it. She spent time with me asking and answering questions.
I felt like we were having a conversation and not have all sorts of medical jargon thrown at me (and I work in the health profession).
I did not feel rushed like she wanted to get to the next one.
I also appreciate that she discussed holistic options before rushing to cut me. That aligns with my lifestyle.
Grateful she takes my insurance and I am excited to work with her.

The staff is very polite & professional upon entering office. Excited yet at easy about my upcoming mini surgery with Ms. Anna. She gives loving and caring, that’s not felt often when going into a doctors office. The livelihood of her plants all around throughout the office provides fresh air positive and togetherness. Those kind of vines your glamma (grandma) had coming up. Very greatful I found this place. Thanks for the home hospitality & professionalism I absolutely adore it.

Dr. Arsenous is delightful! She was pleasant, engaging, humorous and most importantly, competent. I consulted her on repairing and umbilical hernia.
She gave me details - pros and cons of different methods and of surgery in general. She made me comfortable with her and with the proceedure.
I needed help with the forms due to limited vision.
I was helped by Dior who was also, intelligent, friendly and competent.
Made for an all around good experience. A first visit to a new doctor, it was an excellent experience!

I can't believe it took me this long to meet Dr. Arsenous!
The office staff are friendly, compassionate and very courteous. The wait time is 15-20 minutes. The office is clean and welcoming. From what I experienced during my 1st visit, the clinic has modern equipment.
Dr. Arsenous is personable, kind, empathetic and to the point. I felt heard and not rushed.
I'm looking forward to staying a loyal patient of Dr. Arsenous.

There are doctors...and then there are healers. People who truly make you feel safe, special, and cared for. Dr. Arsenous is that person. I had a lipoma excision in my upper back that was quite large, and embedded in muscle. This would be the first “major” (in my mind) surgery I have ever done and did not know what to expect. From start to finish, Dr. Arsenous made me feel like I had nothing to fear. When I was under conscious sedation and reacted ever so subtly to a twinge of pain, she immediately felt it, stopped work, and administered more meds to make me comfortable. That was amazing to me. For several years I had felt self conscious about my little Quasimodo hump but now I am confident enough to wear my hair up and show off my flat back haha. Thank you, Dr. Arsenous. You and your amazing staff are exemplars of how a patient experience should be.
