Ana Bowens has been a WONDERFUL spiritual based resource for my daughter during her time with her! She has gotten my daughter to feel heard and comfortable to open up and speak on her feelings so we can get to the root of her anxiety. She doesn't just listen; she HEARS her and asks the right questions. Some sessions she even allowed me to ask questions and feel heard as well.
