Anna Coppola, LCSW

My name is Anna, and I am a psychotherapist specializing in PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions and couples therapy. I've been trained in CPT for PTSD and Attachment Theory based couples therapy, and I have significant experience working with those who struggle with PTSD and cPTSD. I take a collaborative, non-judgmental approach in session, working with my clients to help them explore, define and potentially adjust what is either not working within themselves or within their relationships. In session I also believe that it is imperative to know and remember that every client is the expert of their own life. I offer individual and couples therapy to those residing in the states of New York and Pennsylvania. I am only able to offer insurance coverage to those living in New York at this time.
