As a psychologist, it is my firm belief that past emotional experiences have an impact on the present. Together, we will focus on promoting awareness, acceptance, and expression of emotions in a transformative manner. The goals in our work are to strengthen your sense of self, regulate emotions, and facilitate corrective emotional experiences. I work with clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, or coping with a recent traumatic event. I also specialize in adjustment to chronic illness or physical disability. During our initial session, we will focus specifically on your history and specific issues that you're experience, as well as creating a plan together to put you on a path of healing and wellness. I offer individual and couples' therapy via video most weekdays and evenings. Please reach out for consultation!
