I spend a significant amount of my practice working with patients experiencing relationship struggles, which unfortunately can have both physical and emotional detrimental effects. It is almost impossible not to acknowledge that the fulfillment and satisfaction we feel in life is typically directly linked to the joy and positive reinforcement we gain from our personal relationship. With this in mind, it is important to process whether these interactions are worth fighting for and there is a desire to move to a healthier, happier stage of the relationship… or is it time to move forward. I am here to offer a safe and judgment free place for both individuals and couples to better understand each other and themselves.
