Anna Wilson Counseling

As a New York therapist, I want to empower my clients and assist them in finding some perspective. By reframing in therapy how you perceive the issues and conflicts, and by learning new behaviors and coping skills, you can really lead an enriching, happy life. My therapy style is direct (interactive) and empathetic. Having started my career as an artist and theater-maker, I have an intimate knowledge of creative development and narrative needs. I've continued my training in couples counseling, family therapy, LGBTQ issues, and substance abuse treatment.
