My experience was ideally the best for a first time patient. It was simple to schedule appointment on line at my convenience and electronically fill out forms in office. Staff greeted me with smiles and made me feel comfortable and offered immediate assistance. Ms. K and Ms. J both helpful and polite. Dr. Becker was pleasantly professional and knowledgeable and a natural caregiver and it shows in the exceptional level of care provided. The office was clean and sterile environment which gave me an added assurance. Yes, I would definitely refer others here for genuine quality care from the entire staff, great team at this office. Yes, I will continue to receive services and look forward to working with them for all my dermatology related needs. I hope this review is helpful. The moment I entered the office, I felt extremely comfortable. I was asked to approach the desk right away. And the young girl behind the desk was absolutely charming. She took my insurance cards, instructed me on what I had to fill out on this little tablet. And I did that gave the tablet back.She gave me back my cards and it was just wonderful.Then I met Dorian assistant to Tracy the PA. She was so sweet and prepped me for Tracy. She came in once I was prepped and examined me from head to toe, she listened to my concerns and why I came there and she gave her opinion and then she called in the doctor to see if he had any other thoughts about what I would say. She did a couple of procedures that was necessary prescribed me something.And The Visit was just so perfect.I really am very , very pleased with this practice

My experience with Dr. Clarke was great. She looked at my skin, listened to my description of when and how the problem arose, explained my condition and sent a prescription to my pharmacy. I probably should have filled out forms online before I arrived—the only downside was answering many questions on the office’s tablet intake form. Office was very efficient and staff friendly.

Overall, office staff and doctor was nice enough. I went for a body check for cancer. It was very rushed and I feel that there were missed areas I had to ask again about. The response I was given was ‘it’s normal for your age’. I have 2 spots that are misshaped and discolored. I paid out of pocket and made the front desk aware that I’d pay for biopsy’s and any other testing up front and before I left the office, that I was prepared to pay whatever I needed to, to ensure the spots are not cancerous. Again, I feel it was all very rushed. I feel that because I was paying out of pocket, that I wasn’t getting the same time and treatment that someone in network would’ve received. I will not return nor recommend.

This was my first visit for an examination of the sun-exposed areas of my body. Dr. Clarke was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She nitrogen froze an area that needed to be treated. The tech taking my basic info with the iPad barely looked up, yawned as she asked me questions and was overall unprofessional. The doctor was dismissive and didn’t listen to the history of why I was there and suggested treatment I had already had.

I needed to fill out some info on the iPad they had but that was quick and I waited no more than 5 minutes before I was called in...doctor came into room not long after...he did his thing and we were done...
