I am a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than 15 years of experience helping adults navigate life's emotional challenges and transitions. My clinical background includes extensive experience in geriatric hospital settings, where I supported older adults and their families through complex medical conditions, cognitive changes, caregiver stress, grief, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, and adjustment to aging. In addition to my work with older adults, I provide therapy for adults of all ages who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and other emotional concerns.
