I am a Clinical Social Worker in Maryland who works with teens and adults that experience symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. I work with individuals to help them reach their goals by using various modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Strengths Based Therapy.
