Probably the apps fault and not the doc, but while in pain I book a Tuesday appointment for 3:15 in Park Ridge. I was called to be told doc doesn’t work in that office and Tuesday is his early day so no 3:15’s. I cancelled the appointment twice and still received a confirmation text, a review link and asked to book a follow up. Follow up to what? Like I said probably not on the doc but more on the app. Update!

Dr Riottos office was great! I can't wait to come back next week! I have been to a few chiros in the past and its been a year since my last adjustment and by far my favorite provider I have been to. The 5-star reviews are well deserved and he wasn't letting me leave without some relief.

Nice doctor. Not sure how knowledgeable tho. Very outdated office. Reception doesn’t use computers which is kind of baffling in this day n age. Everything is hand written and stored into those old school beige folder files. Patient records are in those files.. not on a computer.
