Appointment was very long, went over the hour because, but it wasn’t bad. The physician listens to an extent, he uses clinical rating scales or patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) to determine how depressed or anxious a person is, rather than just hearing what the person is feeling from expressing their own experiences. Dr. Is easy to talk to, but our conversation felt impersonal — like the doctor was just “treating numbers,” not people/a person. This doctor uses a “checklist medicine” or algorithmic care.
If this is the care you’re looking for then Dr. Reid is a good option to try. Recommend that Dr. Reid blends using charts and rating scales as a baseline tool, but rely on empathy, conversation, and observation to give true context and guide treatment.

Having suffered from migraines for years finding a doctor who listens is hard but Dr. Reid was wonderful he listened to me about what treatment worked, discussed his concerns about it and we both agreed on how to continue. It felt great to have a doctor who took the time to not just discuss the treatment but also took the time to get to know me and how my migraines were previously and currently affecting me which was even better showing me he was truly concerned. I will highly recommend him.

Great at getting to the point. He tries to work with you on what you're experiencing. Make sure to be clear and to the point of what you're getting seen for. It makes it easier for him to understand and give you the fastest treatment. I'm still in the works of getting the right treatment, but of course I understand it does take some time to finally get the answers you're looking for.

I am differently abled. I am autistic, have ADHD, OCD, PTSD, c-PTSD, panic disorder, anxiety, am neurodivergent, and have severe debilitation over 80% of the time.
After my 1st appointment with Dr Reid, he said he would get in touch with me after speaking with my doctors so that he could book my 2nd appt. My doctors haven't heard from him so they asked me for his information and I gave it to them.
What I'm hoping for is to have my 2nd appt, and that he'll get to know me (which will help me get a better idea about him), my history and personality and after that, have care provided.
I hope me and my life are not too complicated for him because I chose Dr Caleb Reid after reading all of his over 50 positive reviews! -The vast majority of them being five stars and he has a special icon showing patient happiness?? And I liked that he's my brother in Christ????.

Dr Reid was up on my medication history, he was professional, he seems to understand anxiety disorders and the effect of medications after decades of treatment, and continued my mental health care without skipping a beat. About ten minutes into the appointment, the link stopped. There was no audio or video. I called the provider's number and left a message. I heard nothing back and received no explanation.
