Welcome to AP Counseling + Yoga, a boutique practice dedicated to Embodied Healing. We specialize in going beyond talk therapy to help you find true emotional release and lasting well-being. If you feel like words aren't enough to capture the depth of your experience, particularly when dealing with trauma, anxiety, or eating disorders, our holistic and experiential approach offers a new path forward.

We operate from a foundation of Trauma-Informed Care, Inclusivity, and Weight Inclusive approach. Our goal is to help you move from intellectualizing your struggles to feeling safe, grounded, and present in your body. We believe in providing a non-judgmental space free from diet culture.
