What to Expect at Your First Visit:
At Apex Dental Studio, our new patient appointments are intentionally scheduled for approximately 90 minutes. This allows our doctors and team the time to truly get to know you, understand your concerns and goals, complete a thorough evaluation, and create a personalized plan for your dental health.
Your first visit is a comprehensive exam appointment focused on diagnostics, education, and personalized treatment planning. Please note that same-day cleanings are typically not performed during this visit. We will help schedule the next best appointment for your care.

I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment, with all my paperwork filled out only to find out that my scheduled dental cleaning wouldn’t happen after all. I am now having to reschedule for the next day for the actual cleaning, even though that’s what I had booked for originally. When asked what the reason was, was because people left early. I also in customer service in the medical field and just found that very inconvenient. Peoples set aside time for these type of things due to busy lives and schedules.
