This is a doctor that actually explains things, is interested to find a root cause of the problem, and work with a patient. Most doctors would just prescribe a pill. This one says let’s take a pill while we address the rest and then see if we can reduce or drop the pills. I am very pleasantly surprised! The office is a bit modest, though it looks like they have all that’s needed. The stuff is friendly and efficient. I was seen soon after I completed the paperwork. So far very good experience. Thank you!

I was seen by a junior doctor instead of the Dr. B. I was consulted by the junior doctor and was told that she will walk me out. I was surprised that they are letting me go without seeing the Dr I had an appointment with. I had to inisist and then got to see Dr. Brahmbhatt.
Another fiasco was that the office staff did not send my prescription to the pharmacy up untill 5 days and that happened after me following up multiple times with their call center. The call center staff to was very careless and didnt bother to call me back after even after escalating, I insisted to speak to someone in the clinin but I was told they are not answering the call. They are in the CARE business and it seems they don't care about any of their patients critical situation.
Would the Dr and the hospital chain take responsibility if I had any emergency during the 5 days of no medication?

I do not believe I will return to this practice. I thought I was seeing the doctor I booked and I was told after they take my vitals that the doctor had an emergency and I will be seeing someone else. Not only that, I waited more than an hour to be seen. The replacement provider was very nice good bedside manner, but I could have been made aware before my appointment or while checking in. I will find another provider.
